Spa Etiquette
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment; thus lessening its effectiveness and its pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Please turn off your cell phones to ensure a peaceful environment for yourself and other spa guests. 

For services that require robes and gowns; they are provided for you.  You will be professionally draped at all times for your privacy.  Our Spa Therapists will  guide you through your service and answer any questions that you may have to ensure you comfort and safety.

Cancellations and Reservations
We have reserved this time especially for you. Hairitage House Salon and Day Spa accepts cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard for your convenience. When securing a spa package appointment, we reserve your room in the same manner as any fine hotel; we will require a similar cancellation guarantee with a credit card or some form of pre-payment. We ask, that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges; as this affects the livelihood of our spa therapists.
For a guest who fails to honor their appointment you will be subjected to the following charges:
24 hours or more notification: cancellation without penalty.
Less than 24 hours: 50% of the entire service price or package will be required.
Failure to provide notification: 100% of the entire service price or package will be required; you may be required to forfeit the gift certificate or pre-payment method represented by the cancelled booking.


Gratuities are not included in our prices; monetarily rewarding your service provider is solely at your discretion and always very much appreciated.
